Their content is speaking to other virtual assistants NOT their ideal clients.
We want our content to attract and speak to our ideal clients. One of the goals of your social media is to build your KLT score. When someone is consuming your content they should either be getting to know you, liking you more, or learning to trust you as the expert you are! People buy from people they know, people they like, and people they trust!
When building out your Social Media Content Plan you want to pick 3-5 Pillars for all your content to fall under. These can be topics like – Motivation, Time Management, Tech + Systems, Processes, Mom-Life, and then you can rotate through these pillars as you build out your content calendar. Don’t forget to sell. You want to promote yourself and your services every 3ish posts.
Here are some value-based content ideas that you can use as a Virtual Assistant or other DFY Service Provider!
1. A tip or trick from your favorite tech platform. Don’t reinvent the wheel, just share!
2. A organizational tip. Best practices for organizing emails or files or photos.
3. Time management!
4. Motivational or inspirational quote. I keep a board on Pinterest for these
5.Personal Life – Introductions or Hobbies
6. Share your why or your goals
7. Behind the scenes of what you are working on
8. Your sales process. Explain what it’s like working with you!
9. The number 1 problem you solve for your clients. Boom!
10. Your favorite platforms and programs. I love using… because…
11. Your favorite service to offer. Nothing makes me more excited than…
BONUS: Share a testimonial or compliment!

Remember, value based posts are there to help your ideal clients know, like, and trust you!
