Here are 3 Things You Should be Doing Right Now to Land Clients on Instagram!

Engage with local ideal clients. I know, I know, your business is virtual so you can technically support clients anywhere, and you will! But the magic of engaging with LOCAL (or at least near by) clients is that it is SO easy to build GENUINE connections. There is already commonality between you two - you know the same spots, you've sipped coffee at the same cafe, you can connect over sports teams or attractions or weather. So it's SUPER easy and natural to engage with other local business owners. Here are some examples:

Engage daily. Yes daily! Not all day every day, in fact, you can have a super impactful engagement strategy in as little as 15 minutes daily. Consistency is QUEEN on the Gram. Before we jump in too deep, let me define engagement: it simply means watch/read/listen and respond. So it could be leaving a meaningful comment on a feed post, engagement could look like responding to stories, it could mean sending a hi + welcome message. My best advice for impactful engagement is two fold: use your common sense + engage as if you were talking to someone in real life. Here's where the engagement magic happens. You want to engage with your stories, with your feed and with hashtags of your ideal clients.

Utilize the features Instagram gives us. This is where I tell you to go make a Reel, to go hop on an IGTV, to make a story - uncomfortable, maybe, transformational, absolutely!

Bonus Tip!

Promo your services in a feed post. I bet it's been a while since you've done that :) My favorite ratio for promo posts are 3-1, so if you've written three value based posts, it's time to promo!
